IPL 2023: Gujarat Titans vs Rajasthan Royals, Game 23 – Match Prediction

The two best teams of the previous season – Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals – will loggerheads at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Sunday in the 23rd match of the season. Both of these teams have once again shown that they have the players and the potential to go all the way in the tournament.

Both have had a similar start to the season – three wins and one loss in the four games they have played. The Titans had won their previous match against Punjab Kings by six wickets but they would have liked to finish the game early.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals had also won the thrilling contest against Chennai Super Kings, registering their first win at the Chepauk since 2008. RR has a potent batting unit and they have delivered for the previous season’s runners-up. Furthermore, the spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin was brilliant for RR.

Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans have followed the same script as the last edition. They are once again finding new heroes for different matches, which is a huge positive. Mohit Sharma was able to hit the ground running in his first IPL match since 2020 as he returned with figures of 2-18. Moreover, Shubman Gill continued to bat like himself as he scored 67 runs against PBKS.

Match Prediction: Rajasthan Royals will enter the contest as favorites against Gujarat Titans.
