Islamabad United will begin their campaign against Karachi Kings in the fourth game of the ongoing Pakistan Super League at the National Stadium, Karachi on Thursday. Karachi Kings lost their tournament’s opening game against Peshawar Zalmi by two runs and will be looking to register their first win of the season.
On the other hand, Islamabad United will be looking to make a winning start to their campaign. Shadab Khan will lead the United and they have players like Alex Hales, Asif Ali, Moeen Ali, Colin Munro, and Hasan Ali, who can make a difference.
Islamabad United were able to qualify for the playoff stages in the previous edition of the Pakistan Super League and their first goal will be to do the same this season.
Meanwhile, Karachi Kings captain Imad Wasim and veteran batter Shoaib Malik did a fine job for the team in the run-chase against Peshawar Zalmi after their team lost four early wickets. Thus, their top order will want to deliver the goods against Islamabad United.
Match Prediction: Islamabad United will enter the contest as favorites against Karachi Kings.
