Pretoria Capitals will lock horns against Paarl Royals in the 30th match of the ongoing SA20 at the SuperSport Park, Centurion on Tuesday. The Capitals have already qualified for the semifinal stages whereas the Royals will need to win to assure their berth in the final four.
In fact, the Royals have a better NRR than Durban Super Giants and thus even a narrow loss will see them make the cut into the last four of the tournament.
The Capitals are at the top of the points table with six wins in nine matches whereas the Royals are in fourth position with four wins in nine games.
The Royals’ previous match ended in a no-result due to rain while they had won against Sunrisers Eastern Cape by five wickets before that.
On the other hand, Pretoria Capitals suffered a big loss of 151 runs against Durban Super Giants in their previous game and they will be looking to return to winning ways.
When these two teams had met earlier in the season, Paarl Royals had won by six wickets.
Match Prediction: Pretoria Capitals will enter the contest as favorites against Paarl Royals.
