The defending champions Chepauk Super Gillies will face previous season runners-up Ruby Trichy Warriors in the 12th game of the ongoing Tamil Nadu Premier League at the NPR College Ground, Dindigul on Wednesday.
The reigning champions haven’t got off to a great start as they have lost both of their matches.
CSG will want to bounce back stronger and register their maiden win of the season. The team could only manage 135 runs against Madurai Panthers in their last game of the season and they will need to come up with a better batting show in their next match.
On the other hand, Ruby Trichy Warriors have won one match whereas they have also lost one game. RTW posted 157 runs in their previous match against Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans but lost by four wickets. In fact, almost of RTW batters got off to starts in the innings but they could not convert them into a substantial score.
Both teams will look to bring their best and bag two crucial points in the upcoming match.
Match Prediction: Ruby Trichy Warriors might begin the contest as favorites as Chepauk Super Gillies are low on confidence after losing their opening two matches.
